Epistemolojik bağlamda veri, enformasyon, bilgi ve bilgelik kavramlarından oluşan bilgi üretme süreci bilgi hiyerarşisi veya bilgelik hiyerarşisi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada hiyerarşinin dijitalleşme sürecinde nasıl bir değişime uğradığı ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle geleneksel bilgi hiyerarşinin temel yapısını ortaya koymak üzere literatürde öne çıkan uzmanların görüşleri incelenmiş ve veri, enformasyon, bilgi ve bilgelik kavramları ayrı ayrı ele alınmıştır. Ardından da geleneksel yapıya dair tartışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci boyutunda da bilgi hiyerarşisi dijitalleşme bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Yine konuyu dijitalleşme bağlamında inceleyen uzmanların görüşlerine dayalı olarak veri (büyük veri), enformasyon, bilgi ve bilgelik (dijital bilgelik) ile ilgili değişimler değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında ise konu bütüncül olarak ele alınmış ve yaşanan değişimler epistemolojik, metodolojik ve pedagojik açılardan değerlendirilmiş ve tartışılmıştır.
In the epistemological context the knowledge production process, which consists of the concepts of data, information, knowledge and wisdom is called knowledge hierarchy or wisdom hierarchy. In this study, it is discussed how the hierarchy undergoes a change in the digitalization process. For this purpose first of all the opinions of prominent experts in the literature were examined in order to reveal the basic structure of the traditional knowledge hierarchy and the concepts of data, information, knowledge and wisdom were discussed separately. Then the discussions on the traditional structure were evaluated. In the second dimension of the study the information hierarchy is discussed in the context of digitalization. Again changes in data (big data), information, knowledge and wisdom (digital wisdom) were evaluated based on the opinions of experts who examined the subject in the context of digitalization. In the conclusion part of the study, the subject was handled holistically and the changes experienced were evaluated and discussed from epistemological, methodological and pedagogical perspectives.
