Bu çalışmada, Seyf-i Sarâyî tarafından yazılan Gülistan Tercümesi’nde geçen atasözleri için Ali Fehmi Karamanlıoğlu’nun hazırladığı eserden yararlanılmıştır. Gülistan Tercümesi metninin tamamı sayfa 1’den 177’ye kadardır. Bu çalışmada Gülistan Tercümesi metninin başladığı 3(2a) başlıklı bölümden Gülistan Tercümesi’nin sonlandırıldığı 356 (178b) başlıklı bölüme kadar atasözü taraması yapılmıştır. Seyf-i Sarâyî’nin Kıpçakça yazdığı bu eser, Gülistan’ın Türkçeye ilk tercümesi olması açısından önemlidir. Bunun için Gülistan Tercümesi’nde atasözü olarak belirlediğimiz yapıları sınıflandırırken bu esere özgü bir sınıflama tekniği ile gruplar oluşturulmuş ve bulunan atasözleri bu gruplara uygun şekilde yerleştirildikten sonra Türkiye Türkçesi’ndeki karşılıkları verilmiştir.
It was used by Ali Fehmi Karamanlıoğlu for the proverbs mentioned in Gülistan Translation written by Seyf-i Sarâyî. The entire text of Gülistan Translation is from page 1 to 177. In this work, we tried to make a proverbial search from the section titled 3 (2a), beginning with the text of Gülistan Transcription, to the section titled 356 (178b), which was ended by Gülistan Translation. This work written by Seyf-i Sarâyî in Kipchak is important in that Gülistan is the first translator to Turkic. For this reason, in the Gülistan Translation, we classify the things we have determined as proverbs, groups were formed with a classification technique specific to this essay, and the proverbs found in the Turkish Turkic were given after they were placed in accordance with these groups.
