Eskişehir ili kırsalı etnik yapısına ilişkin olarak geçmişte birçok araştırma yapıldığını biliyoruz ancak bu bilgilerin büyük bir kısmı güncel etnik yapıyı ifade etmekten oldukça uzaktır. Türkiye’de köyden kente ve doğudan batıya doğru göçün olanca hızıyla devam ettiği son 40-50 yılda etnik yapının takip edilemez bir değişim geçirdiği bilinen bir gerçek. Bu durumda bilgilerin güncellenmesi zarureti de ortada. Biz üzerinde çalıştığımız TÜBİTAK projesi kapsamında, konumuzla doğrudan ilgisi olması bakımından Eskişehir ili kırsalındaki etnik yapıyı 2013 yılı itibariyle tespit etmiş bulunmaktayız. Bu çalışmada, etnik yapıya ilişkin bütün veriler, bizzat alanda en yetkili muhatabından derlenerek elde edilmiştir. Köylerde özellikle muhtarlar, belediyelik yerlerde ise genellikle belediye yetkilileri ile görüşülmüş ve bilgilerin olabildiğince resmi makamlardan alınmasına özen gösterilmiştir. Elde edilen bu bilgiler, makalenin ana verisini oluşturmaktadır. Bu verilerden hareketle ilçelerin köy köy etnik yapıları ve hane sayıları çıkartılmış ve TUİK’ten alınan 2013 nüfusları eklenmiştir. Değerlendirme ve sonuç bölümünde etnik yapıya ilişkin toparlayıcı mahiyette tablo, şekil ve haritalar çıkarılmış ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.
It is known that a lot of researches were done in the past about current ethnicity of Eskişehir country side but most of these information is too far from expressing the current ethnicity. It is a known fact that the ethnicity had a cannot be followed change in the last 40-50 years when the immigration has continued at full speed from villages to cities and from east to west. So it is clear that the information about ethnicity must be updated. In the sense that it is directly related to our study we confirmed the ethnicity of Eskişehir country side as of 2013 within the scope of TÜBİTAK project we are studying on. In this study, all of data about ethnicity were personally collected from the most competent answerer in the field. Especially mukhtars in villages and generally municipal officals in municipalities were interviewed and attention was paid to get information as far as from offical authorities. This obtained information is the basic data of this paper. Ethnicities and house numbers of townships were village by village derived from this data and 2013 populations from TÜİK were added. In evaluation and conclusion, the evaluations were performed by deriving tables, figures and maps in rallying nature.
