Okullar kriz durumların meydana sık sık geldiği kurumların başında gelir. Yönetim becerileri kadar kriz yönetme becerisine hâkim olması gereken idarecilerin varlığı, kurumsal sorunların ortaya çıkmasını hem engeller, hem de eğer ortada bir sorun varsa kolayca baş edilmesini sağlar. Bu nedenle okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetim becerisine sahip olması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada “Okul Yöneticilerinin Kriz Yönetimi Becerilerine Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri” isimli çalışmada okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetimi becerilerine yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ile yapılan bu çalışmada 5 erkek, 5 kadın 10 sınıf öğretmeni ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Görüşmeler sonucunda öğretmenleri kriz durumlarını nasıl tanımladıkları, krize nelerin etkili olduğu ve okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetimi becerilerinin mevcut olup olmadığına yönelik görüşlerine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlere göre okul müdürlerinin büyük çoğunlukla (%40) kriz yönetimi becerilerine sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Schools are among the institutions where crisis situations occur frequently. The presence of administrators, who should have a good command of crisis management skills as well as management skills, both prevents the emergence of institutional problems and enables them to be dealt with easily if there is a problem. For this reason, it is important for school principals to have crisis management skills. In this study, it is aimed to examine the opinions of the teachers about the crisis management skills of the school principals in the study named "Teacher Opinions on Crisis Management Skills of School Administrators". In this study, which was conducted with the qualitative research method, 10 classroom teachers were interviewed, 5 male and 5 female. As a result of the interviews, the views of the teachers on how they define crisis situations, what is effective in the crisis and whether the school principals have crisis management skills have been reached. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the school principals mostly (40%) had crisis management skills according to the teachers.
