Bu araştırmanın amacı, eTwinning projelerine katılan öğrencilerin teknolojik yeterliliklerinin gelişimine yönelik veli algılarının belirlenmesidir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim desenindedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi 2020- 2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Malatya, Kocaeli ve İstanbul illerinde ilkokul düzeyinde, eTwinning projelerine katılmış olan öğrenci velileri arasından rastlantısal yolla seçilmiş 20 veli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesi amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde veli ifadelerinden yola çıkılarak, belirli kodlarla temalar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda eTwinning projelerinin öğrencilerin her konuda farkındalık düzeylerinin artmasına sebep olduğu, öğrencinin zevk alarak ve eğlenerek öğrendiği, teknolojiye olan ilgi düzeyinin arttığı, öğrencinin bir şeyleri başaracağına olan inancının arttığı, konulara daha kolay odaklandıkları belirlenmiştir. eTwinning projelerine katılan öğrenciler bu projeler kapsamında yapmış oldukları araştırma sırasında farklı meslekleri değerlendirme becerileri kazanmaktadırlar. eTwinning projelerine katılan öğrencilerin, bu projeler kapsamında teknoloji kullanım düzeyleri artmakta ve teknoloji kullanma yeterlilikleri yükselmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to determine the perceptions of parents on the development of technological competencies of students participating in eTwinning projects. The research is in the phenomenology pattern, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The sample of the research consists of 20 parents randomly selected among the parents of students who participated in eTwinning projects at primary school level in the provinces of Malatya, Kocaeli and Istanbul in the 2020-2021 academic year. In order to obtain the research data, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used. In the analysis of the research data, themes were created with certain codes based on the statements of the parents. As a result of the research, it has been determined that eTwinning projects cause an increase in the awareness of students in every subject, the student learns with pleasure and fun, the level of interest in technology increases, the student's belief that he will achieve something increases, and they focus on the subjects more easily. Students participating in eTwinning projects gain the skills to evaluate different professions during the research they have done within the scope of these projects. The level of technology use of students participating in eTwinning projects increases within the scope of these projects and their proficiency in using technology increases.
