İbrahim Necmi Dilmen, Türkçe ve Türkçe öğretimi alanında çalışmış bir bilim insanı ve eğitimcidir. Ancak onun Türkçe öğretimi yönüyle ele alındığı bir çalışmaya henüz rastlanmamıştır. Bu çalışmada İbrahim Necmi Dilmen’in ana dili ve gramer öğretimi konularına ilişkin yazdığı altı kitabı Türkçe öğretiminin ilkeleri açısından incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla öncelikle Türkçe öğretiminin ilkeleri ile ilgili literatürde öne çıkan uzmanların görüşleri incelenmiş ve uzlaşılan ortak ilkeler belirlenmiştir. Ardından çalışma nesnesi nitel bir araştırma yöntemi olan doküman taraması yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular betimsel analiz ile çözümlenip yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında ise konu bütüncül olarak ele alınmış ve Dilmen’in Türkçe öğretimi kitaplarında hangi ilkelerden yararlandığına ilişkin bulgular tespit edilerek değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.
İbrahim Necmi Dilmen is a scientist and educator who has worked in the field of Turkish and Turkish teaching. However, no study has yet been found in which it is discussed in terms of teaching Turkish. In this study, six books written by Dilmen on the subjects of mother tongue and grammar teaching were examined in terms of the principles of Turkish teaching. For this purpose, first of all, the opinions of prominent experts in the literature on the principles of Turkish teaching were examined and agreed common principles were determined. Then, the study object was analyzed through document scanning, which is a qualitative research method. The obtained findings were analyzed and interpreted with descriptive analysis. In the conclusion part of the study, the subject was handled holistically and the findings related to which principles Dilmen used in Turkish teaching books were determined and evaluations were made.
