Araştırmada, aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme sürecine ilişkin görüşlerini belirleyen bir ölçeğin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya Adıyaman ilinin Merkez ilçesinde eğitim alan toplam 239 aday öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. 39 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin taslağı aday öğretmenlere uygulandıktan sonra elde edilen veriler istatistik programına girilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerli olup olmadığını belirlemek için gereken ilk adım olan Temel Bileşenler Analizinde KMO değeri .722 bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar ölçeğin faktör analizine uygun olduğunu göstermiştir. Faktör analizi sonucunda 4 faktör belirlenmiştir. Oluşan dört faktörün açıklanan toplam varyans miktarı ise % 50,459’dur. Ölçek 3’ü olumsuz, 13’ü olumlu toplam 16 madde ve 4 faktör altında toplanmıştır. Her bir faktöre dahil olan maddeler incelenerek oluşan alt boyutlar isimlendirilmiştir. Geçerlik çalışmaları ardından oluşan faktörler için güvenirlik analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi işlemlerine geçilmiştir. Hem toplam hem de her bir alt boyutun içerdiği maddeler üzerinden hesaplanan Cronbach’s Alpha değeri .740 bulunmuştur.
To measure the views of teacher candidates’ on the teacher candidates’ training process,the aim of this study is to develop a five-point Likert-type scale. The sample of study includes 239 teacher canditates from Adıyaman. KMO value of the Principal Component Analysis has been found .722. These results showed that the scale is suitable for factor analysis. As a result of factor analysis identified four factors. The total amount of variance explained of the four factors is 50,459 %. In the scale which is consisted of 3 negative and 13 positive total 16 items and 4 factors; subscales which formed by examining substances into each factor are named. After validity studies, implementation of reliability analysis was put to operation for occuring substances and factors. Both the total and calculated on the substances contained in each subscale Cronbach's Alpha value has been found .740.
