In the Merriam-Webster dictionary (2020), humanization is described as representing something as “human” by giving it human qualities. This makes the non-human seem gentler, kinder, or more appealing to people. Such a trial to attribute some human characteristics to non-humans is defined as “Anthropomorphism”. The results of studies show that a product presentation with anthropomorphism can actually be an influencial advertising tool, since it creates positive emotions among the audience and has a positive affect in their purchasing behavior. But are there any other possible underlying reasons for such an increase in sales when consumers are made to perceive material objects as ‘human’? And is this advertising strategy being used in the movies today to promote the use of humanoid-robots? It should be noted that this kind of correlation made between the object and the subject (non living and the living) may have foreseeable drawbacks in the future, and they need to be attended. In this article, using anthropomorphism in movies for promoting humanoid robots will be discussed by analyzing the “EX-MACHINA” movie as a case study, and applying content and discourse analysis on the subject.

Surah of Asr is the 103rd surah of the Qur'an. With the increase of Imam-Hatips, Faculty of Theology and Islamic Sciences and Language schools, there is an increase in the number of people who want to learn the Quran in Arabic. Thanks to access to the internet, Arabic education has been accelerated through distance education, since every segment of the public can easily access the information they want in many regions. This attracted the reproduction of translation sites where many translations were collected. A Turkish-speaking segment is no longer just content with the translation, but also search for concept and i`rab analysis of sentences in academic fields. Our research is that studies addressing all of these issues are not sufficient. Our aim is to respond to this need, to contribute to giving an idea by revealing a comparison made in terms of both concept and i`rab and translations. For this purpose, the importance of the surah was first investigated. Subsequently, the important concepts in each verse were scanned from many Arabic dictionaries in the source. Then, some of our commentators' notices regarding the verse are mentioned. Then, each verse is examined in terms of Arabic grammar bases. By making use of the data collected, comparisons were made by selecting the fewer in number type of any translation site. Thus, findings have been found regarding how much the results of this research have been mismatched or overlapped with translations.

THE NEW LANGUAGE OF NEOLIBERALISM AND HEGEMONY TOTAL BUREAUCRATIZATION: A CRITICAL LITERATURE ANALYSIS

The aim of this study is to discuss the effects of "total bureaucratization", which transfers bureaucratization to all levels of daily life and seems to be an inevitable feature of the modern world. The data were obtained from the secondary sources. Instead of making a new theoretical analysis or a conceptual contribution, a critical interpretation was tried to be developed through the discussions in the literature. The bureaucratic management model that marked the twentieth century has been criticized with the emergence of a New Public Management (NPM), which can be seen as the reflection of neoliberalism in public administration. One of the leading goals of NPM is to reduce bureaucratic formalities by making the private sector management logic dominant in public sector. Contrarily, bureaucratic formalities are becoming widespread in every facet of daily life.

Play, which is an old and universal phenomenon, keeps an important place in children's life. Play is a significant and functional tool in terms of supporting the development of gifted children as well as normal developing children. Gifted students who develop rapidly from their peers in terms of cognitive characteristics have above-average ability, creativity and task commitment and apply these three into one or more fields by combining them. This research aimed to determine the types of games, which gifted children prefer to play. The 'case study' pattern, out of the qualitative research patterns, was preferred. The data were obtained through phone interviews with 20 students attending Science and Art Centers in Turkey during the 2019-2020 academic year. After analyzing and interpreting the data using content analysis technique, it was determined that gifted children prefer playing games such as chess and lego, which develop their creativity and thinking skills.

Hunting is an important activity of man since ages and as such, it has long taken its place in literature and other artistic works. Poems, novels, short stories, fairy-tales (märchen), legends and movies provide us with countless episodes dealing with hunting. Poaching (illegal hunting) of the modern times is also encountered in the mentioned works. Fiction is indeed significant in reflecting and illuminating the real life, when considered from the perspective of sociology of literature and fine arts. Obviously, listing an entire collection of numerous works involved would constitute an immense set far too large for the volume of a single article. Instead; here, merely a sample of similar examples are alluded to. Those specific works are naturally the ones which the author have come across, along his course of reading hours or movie-watching sessions, during recent years. Some mental associations deriving from a succession of further ideas are provided separately in the form of endnotes, before the list of references. Some visual material is also inserted among the pages, which is meant to render the article more enjoyable for the reader.
