Many of the words mentioned in the dictionaries written in the Ottoman field have formed medical terminology in the works written in Old Ana-tolian Turkish period. This terminology continued to be used in later works. Lisânüul-Etibbâ, which is one of the most important medical dic-tionaries written in the Ottoman field, has a rich content in terms of medi-cal terms. In this study, the names of the organs in the Lisânü’l-Etibbâ in the historical Turkish dialects will be emphasized.
