It comes to its contemporary meaning by shifting conceptually, periodically, politically and economically. Once considered equal with an adult, the child is at the moment indicates a different social category. This work examines the connection the media in which the children become intensely the target group as “consumers” along with the historical conversion of the childhood conception and where it fits in the sense of human rights. The YouTube channels which get to thousands of audiences at the present time and computer, tablet or similar platform games are also observed in the work.
