John Rawls is one of the representatives of a school that gravitate from political philosophy to politics. By focusing mainly on pain point of justice, he offers solutions to political problems of modern liberal democracies and tries to reconfigure social reality. We will try to deal with Rawl’s understanding of justice which he put forward fort his purpose within the frame of discursivity as the area of linguistic practise that establishes, defines and changes the reality. In other words, through an approach that pays regard also to the contextuality of discourse, we will try to reveal how Rawls organized communicational area to establish pluralism in a political society within the scope of theory of justice, how diverse discoursive statements should be taken into account, and thus how a social reality can be possible in which majority can be put into practice. Thus, we hope to see thanks to this study that language and politics possess a common route in terms of our way of desining and perceiving the society, even, the world in which we live.
