Childhood falls off the face of the earth within the world history that processes in terms of adult fiction. It comes to its contemporary meaning by shifting conceptually, periodically, politically and economically. Once considered equal with an adult, the child is at the moment indicates a different social category. This work examines the connection the media in which the children become intensely the target group as “consumers” along with the historical conversion of the childhood conception and where it fits in the sense of human rights. The YouTube channels which get to thousands of audiences at the present time and computer, tablet or similar platform games are also observed in the work. The work, which resolves the research question of the world that the children encounter in new media in which they use their right to participate both in negative and positive ways, is supported by field work along with the web search.
