The aim of the research is to determine the problems that teachers who work in guidance research centers experience related to parents of the student who is in educational identification, the principals and teachers of the school to which the students are directed after the educational identification, the modular system applied in the concept of educational identification, staff in the special education rehabilitation centers which provide educational support based on educational identification process and to develop solution suggestions. In the research, as a case study model which is one of the qualitative research methods was conducted. All of the teachers who have worked in the guidance research center in D. Province in 2017-2018 academic year participated in the research. The data collection was conducted with semi-structured interview technique. Obtained results were evaluated with content analysis and they were explained under four separate sections. The following questions were sought in the direction of the research purpose. What are the problems that teachers experience with the parents of the students who are in the process of educational identification? What are the problems that teachers experience in the application of the modular program in the context of identification? What are the problems experienced with the staff in special education rehabilitation centers in the educational identification? What are the problems that teachers experience with the principals and teachers of the school to which the students are directed after the educational identification?
