The three books of Miyase Sertbarut, Kapiland’ın Kobayları, Kapiland’ın Karanlık Yüzü and Kapiland’ın Kıyameti are investigated according to the general objectives of Turkish National Education, theaims of primary education, the basic principles of secondary education and in terms of values included in the curriculum of the Primary and Secondary School Turkish Course published in 2017. In the introduction section, literatüre information is given. In this study which has qualitative research feature, document review has been done in accordance with general screening model. Data is obtained by document analysis method. While analyzing the data, content analysis and descriptive analysis methods are used. In the study which has qualitativere search feature, document review was conducted in accordance with the general screening model. According to this, the findings were obtained. In these three books of Miyase Sertbarut, the prominent values are the production, frugality (saving), the value of healthand the love of nature. Theuse of technology is criticized in the book. According to the findings, in Miyase Sertbarut's Kapiland'ın Kobayları the consumption system dominating the world is critised and production stands out. Besides, the value of health, love of nature are among the prominent values. In Miyase Sertbarut's Kapiland’ın Karanlık Yüzü boks opposition to theuse of technology is seen. It is concluded that technology threatens human life and nature. Recommendations are presented after the results.
