In the introduction, following a general information about "seğirname" (twitch book), published Turkish copies of segirname are introduced. Then, the mentioned manuscript, named "iħtilāc-nāme" in Vatican Library which is registered with archive number “Borg. Turco 79”, is defined and scientific studies on the manuscript are mentioned. In the text section, the mentioned manuscript is transcribed. In the analysis section, orthographic, phonologic and morphologic features of the manuscript are stated thoroughly. Index section contains vocabulary of the manuscript, the meanings of lexical units in context and elements of inflection. In the conclusion, in the light of data acquired from analyses, findings about the period and the historical Turkish dialect that the manuscript was written in are shared.},author={Serkan ÇAKMAK},year={2018},journal={Diyalektolog - Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi}}
