A METHOD SUGGESTION ABOUT COMPARATIVE TEACHING OF HISTORICAL TURKISH DIALECTS


Turkish literary language is an entirety reached İstanbul and Semerkant from Ötüken in the thirteenth century-old adventure and branched out at the centres Baku, Ashgabat, Astana, Bishkek etc. First of all, it ought to show this holistic approach to teaching Turkish literary language, especially historical Turkish dialects. This approach is based on the thought that the historical Turkish dialects which is seperated into different topics as Kokturk, Uigur, Karakhanid, Xwarazm, Kipchak, Chagatay, Old Oghuz, Ottoman Turkish are a single-literary language is made up of the differentiations on some phonetic, morphological and lexical features under the influence of the locality and the community had an impact on formation of the literary language. In this context, the introduction of syllabus about historical Turkish dialects ought to consist of these differentiations. After that, the created awareness ought to be reinforced with inter-dialects translation exercises. By this way, learning outcomes promise to bring a holistic approach is enriched with extensive historical and geographical knowledge will be achieved. In this study, it will be offered a method suggestion about teaching of historical Turkish dialects by the way of giving examples from these differentiations and exercises.
