THE USAGE OF VERBS WTIH PERSONEL SUFFIXES SITUATION IN TURKMEN TURKISH

In Turkey Turkish grammar, personel suffixes generaly are evaluated as possesive suffixes notifier in conjugation. In the recent studies of conjugation classification the personel suffixes are classified under the titles of suffices extending verbs or operating suffixes as determinants. In grammer studies in Turkmenistan the personel suffixes are handled with function, dative and plural suffixes which do not change the meaning but only regulate their syntactic relation suffixes in other words they are classified under the title of inflection suffixes (söz üytgedici affiksler). Mode suffixes –different from Turkey Turkish- with inflection suffixes are not among personel suffixes, instead they are classified under the title of (şekil yasaycı affiksler) attachments as reduction, adjective, raw, negativity, adjective-verb and adverb-verb suffixes. Looking to this classification it could be claimed that the Turkmen grammerians evaluate the personel suffixes as main inflection suffixe which do not change the meaning of the word. Beside use the mode suffixes as ones change the meaning of the word. In Turkey Turkish -contrary to Western languages- the realization of verb conjugation is completed with personel inflection. In the general Turkish language without using personel pronoun or subject the event or the carried out of the event could be understood by the third personel inflation suffix used after the mode suffix. It could be seen that in Turkmen Turkish in some mode inflection and gerundial usage the personel suffixes related general rules are neglected. In inflection of future tense, requirement and request mode personel suffixe is not added and it is realised that the reporting of pronoun or the subject of the event is understood from the context of text. Again in Turkey Turkish generaly some of adverb-verb suffixes which do not accept the person indicatives are conjugated according to person in Turkmen Turkish. Person indicative suffixes added to adjective-verb structure in Turkey Turkish is differtrent from Turkmen Turkish, here such suffixes are added to noun. In this study the personel suffixes used in verb inflection and personel unsuffixed verb inflection and gerundial personel inflections subjects in Turkmen Turkish will be handled.
