In this study, a comparison of thirty companies operating in the real estate investment partnership sector was conducted by TOPSIS analysis, which is a very criterion decision making method with certain ratios. This analysis was developed by Hwang and Yoon in 1981. The primary objective of this study is to measure business performance in a particular sector with different financial performance measures. In this study, the financial performances of these companies were analyzed by the TOPSIS method using the 2017 year financial statements of thirty of the companies whose stocks are traded in the stock market and who operate in the real estate investment trust sector. In the study, firstly, the ratio of the current ratio, the coverage rate, the cash rate, the turnover of the receivables, the turnover rate, the turnover rate, the asset turnover rate, the financial leverage, the ratio of short term foreign resources to total debts, the financing rate, profit margins and net profit margins. These ratios made with the data of 2017 made the decision matrix of the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is a technique that allows the best selection to be made according to the alternatives among the various criteria. In this study, the alternatives are real estate investment partnership companies and the criterion is the rate analysis.
