The purpose of this study is to analyze the master’s and doctoral dissertation theses written in health sector between 2000 and 2017, type of study, main science branch, publication year, research topic branch or section, sample selection, data analysis method, results. The universe of the research is master’s and doctoral dissertations which have not premission to access in the YÖK National Center Of Thesis and which have ‘’burnout’’ and ‘’health’’ expressions in the title of the thesis. The sample of the research consist of 40 dissertation. The studies included in the research were analyzed by analyzing the content and anlyzed which descriptive statistical methods such as frequency analysis. As a result of the 40 research of masters and doctoral theses with the premission of YÖK National Thesis Center, 15 health managament, 9 public health, 5 business adminstration, 4 managament organization, 3 psychology, 2 education sciences, 1 emergency types were found to be in the field of nursing. It has been seen that quantitative research methods are used in the majority of theses examined and survey is proffered as a data collection tool. Overall, studies have examined the relationship between burnout and worker satisfaction, variables related to organization, depression, role conflict, stress and violence. As a conclusion to the research, it was seen that 3 studies had doctoral, 4 students had expertise and 33 master’s theses. In the theses, the intensity of the studies investigating the relation of the exhaustion of the highest level job satisfaction 14 theses attracted attantion, expect for the most depression (3), role conflict (3) and the relationship with stress (3).
