The sample of study includes 239 teacher canditates from Adıyaman. KMO value of the Principal Component Analysis has been found .722. These results showed that the scale is suitable for factor analysis. As a result of factor analysis identified four factors. The total amount of variance explained of the four factors is 50,459 %. In the scale which is consisted of 3 negative and 13 positive total 16 items and 4 factors; subscales which formed by examining substances into each factor are named. After validity studies, implementation of reliability analysis was put to operation for occuring substances and factors.
