These studies are important in account of preserving the desappearing material and non-material cultural elements. New studies would contribute to Supplement Dictionary (Derleme Sözlüğü) which is the unique in this field and contains the best vocabulary list of Turkey Turkish. In the study it was realised that some vocabularies obtained via area study conducted in Bartın and surrounding region are not found in Supplement Dictionary (Derleme Sözlüğü) or even those are found in are used in different meanings.
