ABOUT 7TH GRADE NATIVE LANGUAGE EDUCATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

This study has been prepared in order to study on how 7th grade native language education is carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In our country, regarding the education on Turkish language, usually education on 'Turkish spoken in Turkey' has been considered and an educational method has been tried to be developed by taking into consideration the knowledge and experiences acquired from the Western countries. However, in our day Turkish language is spoken in many places worldwide and is represented by its approximately 24 dialects and accents. Republic of Kazakhstan is also one of the countries where these dialects and accents are used, and has the largest acreage among Turkish Republics. Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the constituent republics of the Soviet Union for a long time, is a young country which declared independence following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. During the Soviet Union period, as the Russian language has been brought forward in every respect, the sphere of influence of Kazakhs Turkic was limited too much and this has slowed down the studies of Kazakhs on native language education. After it achieved its independence, Kazakhstan carried out many studies on native language education, as well as in every field, and it's an issue of concern that which methods, techniques, subjects and gains it uses when teaching the Kazakh Turkic and this situation led to this study to be prepared. We consider that this study will make contributions to more extended and different researches made on this field and put the researches regarding an ideal native language education much more forward.
